The youngest of eleven, Carlos attended the National Ballet School in Havana thanks to his father, who encouraged him to forge a career in dance. This award-winning film combines documentary footage with reconstructed flashbacks to create the heart-warming story of Carlos' ascent to global stardom, and his close relationship with his father.
